CEO of the Northern California Golf Association, Poppy Holding, Inc. and the NCGA Foundation (known as Youth on Course). Responsible for all operations serving 150,000 members, 400 Golf Courses and 8,500 children in addition to managing two golf properties. Oversaw a 13 million dollar renovation to Poppy Hills from beginning permit and design through construction. Project received accolades from four National publications as Renovation of the Year in 2014. Also served as VP for the California Golf Alliance, Elite Insurance (self funded Workers Compensation plan with 23 golf courses), VP of Independent Reclaimed Water Users Group, along with various Committee positions for the USGA and Junior and State Golf Associations. THe NCGA is considered one of the largest State and Regional Golf Associations in the Country. During my tenure, which also included serving on their Board of Diectors in 2007 & 2008, we stablized membership loss, grew assets and improved operational performance in golf from a loss of 1.8 million to profits in one year. We added a Hall of Fame, on line tee time booking to 60 golf courses and added member benefits through partnerships with Verizon, American Airlines, Hyatt Hotels, Avis Car Rentals and many more.

Responsible for all golf, merchandise, food, beverage, maintenance and marketing departments for a 15 million dollar, 36 golf resort. Was a member of the Guidance Committee and Management Practices Committee for the Ritz Carlton Half Moon Bay. Successfully created a marketing plan that increased rounds by 10,000 players in one year. Hosted and Managed the 2008 LPGA Samsung World Championship including all permitting, retail, marketing and community interface and planning for this sold out event.
