Veterans Administration – Community CareNovember 2018 – April 2019 (Functional QA Tester)Served as a functional tester as part of a remote team, utilizing both Scrum and Kanban, on the Decision Support Tool (DST) project and its interaction with VistA/CPRS. Worked with developers and stakeholders to analyze scope and create test cases and scripts. Utilized IBM Rational for requirements/acceptance criteria review, creation and execution of manual test cases/scripts and logging/tracking defects as they arose. April 2018 – October 2018 (Technical Business Analyst)Worked with two different Scrum teams to support the Project Managers, and teams, in collecting and elaborating the business needs of the client. The primary focus of this project was to work with the client to modify an existing COTS product, HealthShare Referral Manager (HSRM), for use by Community Care Providers in providing care for our Veterans. Rational was the tool of choice for all teams on this project. November 2017– April 2018 (QA Test Lead)Collaborated with a remote team on the Pharmacy Reengineering (PRE) Inbound ePrescribing (IEP) solution project. Worked with the lead Business Analyst to review and finalize Business Requirements, based on twice-weekly Elaboration Meetings with the client. Lead testing efforts to ensure client requirements were met. Utilized both JIRA and Rational for project planning and bug tracking.
