Lead and coach a very new sales team in a new truck rental company in Cape Town. Canvass for new contracts & use my current business relationships to grow the business. Analyse sales coming in and ensuring that rates & business was profitable. Liaising with the operations department to ensure the correct service was being offered to the respective customers. Running with new ideas within the company, i.e. getting to know logistics and introducing this idea to current and new customers. Setting sales targets and assisting staff in reaching them. Counselling and one on one sessions with staff to discuss month end results.
