CurrentAs one of Brisbane's largest private orthodontic practices with 11 locations around South East Queensland we provide treatment to both children and adults, giving them the confidence that comes from exceptional smiles.RESULTSAs the Practice Manager I have been responsible for:* business growth in excess of 5% year on year* increasing staff training opportunities* stabilising staff turnover* opening two new branches of the practice* successfully integrating associate orthodontist into the practice* growing a network of referring dentists with more than 150 dentists* driving the team to meet revenue stretch targetsKEY RESPONSIBILITIES* Recruitment of staff members in line with the skills and service standards of the practice* Manage induction of new team members* Ensure regular upskilling of team members to maintain industry currency and best practice* Responding to trends in the marketplace to remain relevant to dentists and patients* Developing new systems of communication for optimum engagement with patients* Business plan development and implementation with partners* Strategic goal setting and measurement of revenue and new patient numbers
