As a customer service staff, I provide premier service by answering customer questions, directing telephone calls, resolving issues, handling money services such as lottery, gift cards, money orders, and Western Union transactions, and perform daily procedures such as balancing and reconciling cash drawers, maintain cash office accountability, and prepare cash and check deposits.

In charge of the Society for Conservation Biology Florida Chapter's funding through budget request submissions and submitting Student Activity Requests (SARs) at the University of Florida. In addition to these requests, managing the organization’s bank account, organizing fundraisers with the event coordinator, and assisting in the decision-making process for event logistics are responsibilities carried out as treasurer.

As an InSciStemify intern, I am actively engaged in a dynamic role focused on the development of an innovative STEM Kit tailored specifically for middle school students. These meticulously crafted STEM kits serve as a gateway to scientific inquiry and the fundamental principles of science. In the course of this internship, my responsibilities extend across various key areas, including intensive research and development of the STEM Kit by designing educational materials that provide a comprehensive understanding of scientific methodologies.

As a cashier at Publix Supermarkets, I welcome customers charismatically and provided quick, accurate checkout service, assist management in delivering valuable experiences with quality performance to customers, facilitate revenue growth, cash flow, and customer retention while proactively enforcing the company's premiere customer service and cognition culture, sustain updated knowledge of store policies regarding payment and theft awareness, and maintain a clean checkout area and completed detailed organizational duties, including organizing shelves and displays to better customer access.

Through the Teen ECCO Program at the Conservancy of Southwest Florida, I was allowed to interact with conservation professionals and learn about their career goals, research projects, and daily tasks. With the guidance of the education staff at the conservancy, we explored various conservation and environmental science careers with field experience, volunteering, and shadowing events. We attended field trips, including shark tagging with the University of Miami and visiting the CROW Clinic in Sanibel, Florida. At the end of the program, myself and my partner designed and conducted scientific research about the impacts of sunscreen and bug spray on local plant growth. Through this internship, my passion for conservation grew.
