Young Leadership Conference is an event organized and led by student leaders from the University of Florida, in collaboration with the student government. As a small group leader, we attend weekly meeting 6 months prior to the main event. We strengthened our leadership skills while mastering the 8 workshops constructed by the workshop committee. Additionally, we utilized these skills of ours to enhance the leadership skills of over 300 high school students over the course of the three day conference.
