Mr. Lynch is a Director of Planning with over 20 years of experience in the public and private development sectors. He has a diverse background including team management, public sector development review, General Plan/policy updates, and more recently, commercial development and construction. At Sand Hill Property Company Mr. Lynch is responsible for overseeing developments from acquisition through entitlement and construction. This includes responsibility for land entitlements, government affairs, construction project management, and project stabilization. Mr. Lynch is part of the executive team that oversees a Silicon Valley focused portfolio with assets in core Bay Area markets. Current pipeline projects include new office projects (Redwood City, Mountain View), mixed-use retail/residential redevelopment (El Paseo Shopping Center San Jose), 100% Below Market Rate housing project (San Jose), new Whole Foods (Los Gatos), as well as other market rate housing and commercial properties in the South Bay area.
