Mr. Lynch serves as an adviser to technology companies on growth and exit strategies and serves on several corporate boards.Currently, he serves as Chairman of Lion Power, LLC, a startup formed in 2020 to enable existing robotics platforms to see, measure, analyze, and respond to variations in their environment. From 2013 to 2019 he served as CEO and President of Infinitum Fuel Cell Systems, a pioneer in fuel cell design for motive applications.From 2002 to 2011, Mr. Lynch was a key member of the senior management team that started Infor in 2002. While at Infor, he held several key positions including Chief Marketing Officer, Chief Technology Officer, and SVP of Corporate Development. He played an essential role in over 40 acquisitions, providing product, market, and technical diligence that guided Infor's M&A growth from $30 million to $2 billion in revenue.After attending Alfred University Ceramic Engineering program, Lynch spent the next 30 years in the technology industry, beginning as a sales rep at Lanier Worldwide. Later he joined a start-up venture CTi Data that designed products for the IBM 3270 market. After it was sold to McData, he became an entrepreneur, and founded two software companies during the 1990s.He is a featured speaker in numerous technology events and is a charter member of Georgia Tech's Advanced Technology Center Founder Forum.
