Selling New BMWs

Short Term Project. Developed Marketing Material for SBFIC and Women and Family Development Fund (WFDF).Analysed marketing measures and material required.Implemented agreed measures:Designed consistent Corporate Identity.Managed interaction with suppliers.Event management of SBFIC / WFDF exhibition at German Development partners and projects in Lao PDR.

Roll out the BMW Indoor Communications System (ICS) to BMW Dealer Network.Develop and investigate the most cost effective sourcing channel for the elements of ICS, whilst maintaining quality levels. Liaise with BMW AG, implement CI within Dealer Network.Ensure that BMW Standards for Indoor Communications are adhered to, for existing and new dealerships.Continuously develop and seek out new marketing opportunities in order to keep BMW dealership showrooms exciting and current.Investigate Corporate Wear options for BMW Dealers’ frontline staff. If viable, roll-out and maintain standardised Corporate Wear to BMW Dealer Network.Render professional service, advice and support to internal (BMW SA) and external (BMW Dealers) customers: Edit and approve Corporate Identity layout of HO / Dealer marketing information, edit Dealer Newsletters. Advise dealers and approve layout and CI for launches and events.To develop, supervise and manage the activities of Retail Marketing Assistant and two hourly warehouse assistants.Control both my own budget of ± R 3.5m and that of my Retail Marketing Assistant of ± R4.5m.Manage production and distribution of all POS and Marketing Communication material to dealers.
