I am an enthusiastic practitioner of applied neuroscience with a passion for driving change in organisations through better leadership and more inclusive environments. Knowing how the brain impacts our interactions with others, our performance and how we make decisions can change how we lead, how effective we are and how our teams feel about the work environment. I share this through team and one on one coaching as well at events and seminars. As a certified change practitioner I am focussed on helping clients create sustainable change when they focus on their culture and organisational goals. I am also a keen hiker, global traveller, consumer of wine and advocate for greater neurodiversity inclusion.
