This position oversees the management of employment contracts for the City's Executive Team and Specialist Employees engaged under individual contractual arrangements. The Executive Employment Adviser is responsible for overseeing the employment lifecycle of executive employees including recruitment, development and issuing new contracts, review of contract expiry dates, renewals, termination or suspension of contracts. The position provides specialist advice on contractual breaches, employment terms and conditions and will maintain the City's executive remuneration banding framework.
