OneDay Health launches locally staffed, sustainably resourced health centres in the most remote areas of Northern Uganda. Strong focus on accurately diagnosing and treating 30 most common conditions, with extensive training and feedback for local nurses. This network has now grown to 30 health centres and has just recently achieved treatment of 102,000 patients, and is now predominantly managed through promotion and training of nursing staff.

Developing strong and Treaty-compliant housing, health and environmental policy. Working directly with client groups and managing Māori Land Court and Waitangi Tribunal claims. Growing a commercial practice with a focus on housing development and Māori economic development. Managing a mid-size law firm, including employment, finance and invoicing, policies and strategy. Training new staff and critically reviewing others' work.

Established a youthwork practice employing five youth workers in local schools, community and St Aidan's Anglican Church, coordinating 30 volunteers and 5000 volunteer hours annually. Extensive training for local young people and volunteers. Attracting and managing funding relationships. This youthwork practice has continued to develop and grow since I finished in my role.

Made Select Committee submissions on the Residential Tenancies Act leading to amendment to Tenancy Tribunal's powers under s 78(2AA) RTA.Supported the Howard League for Penal Reform and JustSpeak.

300-level course on Law Change and Statutory Amendments. Led group of students to successfully advocate for addition of s 78(2AA) Residential Tenancies Act, removing the discretion of the Tenancy Tribunal to direct a landlord to pay money instead of bringing a property up to minimum health standards.
