Following the merger with Leidos Health, I worked with integrated teams across acquired companies to implement integrated sales enablement structures including: proposal and RFP process (Deal Desk), client presentation prep, pipeline development and forecasting, and training and adoption.

In this role, I led and facilitated the organizational 3-year Strategic Planning initiative and collaborated with client solutions leaders to develop and evolve existing solution lines including methodology and go-to-market materials and training. With colleagues located across North America, I led and facilitated cross-functional process improvement initiatives and developed professional development programs to support teams in improving team communication, well-being, and management coaching skills.

My focus in this role was to lead and manage strategic initiatives within the organization at the intersection of sales and delivery activity in addition to providing coaching and support to consultants. This included development of client solutions and supporting tools and methodology as well as the development of a Quality program in accordance with our parent company's policies.
