I am passionate in the things I do, seeking greater purpose through career work.I love animals. I have always felt a calling to be their voice, growing up with pets and a fascination with exotic species. I am now a certified veterinary assistant and working on my associates degree through Penn Foster's Veterinary Technology program. I've been a dedicated employee at VCA Animal Hospitals with a history in almost every department. I began as a receptionist at the Quincy clinic, then transferred to the South Shore Weymouth hospital to work as a kennel attendant, where I gained a Lead title. I currently work in the ER and ICU as a tech assistant, with experience in GP and Surgery as well. I have been striving to move on to the next level as a technician. My greater goal in this field is to work with endangered species, particularly big cats.Besides working with animals, I am highly ambitious in other aspirations as well. I'm an extremely creative person. I remain constantly active, even in my free time. I find peace through painting and drawing, where my hands can keep busy while my mind wanders. Finally finishing a piece that I'm proud of is very rewarding. I've recently begun a few projects with the intention of opening up an online store where I can sell my work.I appreciate all forms of art, including music. I've even found the courage to promote myself in that area as well through a variety of online platforms.I am a passionate writer, whether through some type of abstract poetry or when I get started on something that excites me or a subject I feel strongly about.I began my own personal side business this past year as a tarot reader, in which I incorporate my love of astrology. So far I have only done a handful of official readings with associates of my inner circle of life but it is something I hope will flourish over time as I grow through education and experience. I already have years of practice and a certificate for the Tarot Card Success course on Udemy.Within my artistic expression is an eye for design that I used to make an adorable website and aesthetic business cards for my tarot readings.I have a variety of talents that may seem overwhelming, but I am in fact loyal and dedicated. I learned responsibility at an early age. I put most of my life goals on hold in my young adult years as I was a part-time caretaker for my grandmother. I am therefore a reliable and hardworking.I'm striving for a balanced, flexible work life where my skills can be of service and inspiration.
