As the Sr. Director for a team of over 100 staff, Lynette leads a group of support teams with expertise in delivering efficient solutions while fostering innovation and collaboration. The main goal is to support the delivery of our Operations, Maintenance, and Facility Services portfolio of projects. Consolidating a number of teams brings efficiencies, best practices and lessons learned to one spot, while also providing development opportunities across the nation. Lynette's team includes Maintenance & Reliability, Compliance & Reporting , Digital and Geospatial, ionCity, Technical Services, Sustainability & Bio Solids and Resource Planning.

Lynette Baker joins our Global Leadership Team (GLT) as the Director of Resource Planning. This role was created to support the sustained growth across OMFS as it has become even more critical to ensure we are developing our talent for the future. Lynette’s role encompasses developing managers and other project associates as well as identifying strategic hires. She also will work with regional leaders and Project Managers to establish long-term plans for staffing, advance diversity and inclusion, and assess and optimize people management systems. Lynette’s success with our firm spans nearly 20 years, and she has served as a project manager, consultant, business developer, administrator and technical specialist. Lynette is a trained environmental scientist with a widely varied background including work in transportation, city administration, fisheries management, water conservation and remediation.

As the Regional Marketing Leader for the Southeast Region and Latin America, Lynette partners with the Regional Operations Leader and Regional Sales Manager, to continue the growth and success of the Southeast Buildings and Infrastructure group.
