 Full responsibility and accountability for the development, planning, implementation, and success of the critical operational 30/90-day plan and 1-year plan.  Responsible for the development of budgets for planning team activities.  Provide input and assistance to the Maintenance Superintendent and Maintenance and Reliability annual and two-yearly budget development.  Analysis of relevant legislative requirements to ensure operational activities comply with obligations.  Responsible for review, alignment and maintenance of Planning and Delivery process and systems are fit for purpose to provide successful outcomes.  Deployment and sourcing of planning resources as required to meet budget requirements.  Provide assurance processes as required to meet key objectives are achieved, safety, cost and on schedule.  Responsible for immediate and timely management to resolve issues that threaten the successful delivery of the turnaround / campaign maintenance to minimize downtime and loss of revenue.  Liaise with and develop and maintain positive engagement and interactions with Operations and Engineering functions to ensure successful outcomes during all phases of the planning and implementation process.  Responsible for appropriate Contract and Contractor Management processes are embedded as part of planning process. Ensure operational excellence principles and methodologies are applied and that functional support is obtained and integrated into the planning process.  Responsible for New Zealand Master Data  Provide visible leadership in all areas including safety.  Assist with other tasks reasonably required by Beach management as required.  SAP and Primavera
