She has more than 25 years experience providing a variety of consulting services, including matters involving breach of contract, intellectual property valuations, corporate restructuring services, and litigation services.Professional ExperienceMs. Brown’s litigation services experience has included supervising all aspects of the expert witness preparation process: creating document discovery requests, analyzing and modeling financial and economic data, drafting expert reports for court submission and creating trial exhibits. She has lead engagements primarily focused financial statement fraud. Her most recent engagement involved one of the largest national mortgage associations. The litigation covered several years and required the analysis of thousand of documents.Ms. Brown has also worked on litigation brought by the Department of Justice, the most recent engagement involved international contractor fraud. She has assisted in the preparation of expert witness reports in several securities related litigations.Ms Brown was a Director with Invotex for nine years. Prior to joining Invotex Group, Ms. Brown was a Senior Manager for six years with Grant Thornton LLP and ten years with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLC (formerly Coopers & Lybrand) where she worked with a diverse client base including public and privately held businesses, not-for-profit entities and government contractors. While with Coopers & Lybrand she was part of a project team contracted with the RTC in the early 90s. Ms. Brown has broad experience assisting companies with a range of reporting, accounting and internal control issues.
