-Prepare Complaints, Judgments, Re-Notices, withdrawal of motions, and supplemental pleadings for attorney review for Kentucky, Indiana and Ohio.- Prepare replevin work for repossession of vehicles/mobile homes for Indiana, West Virginia, and Ohio.-Utilize Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PDF Creator, National Bankruptcy Pacers, Westlaw, and Military Search website’s-Strong organizational skills and detail oriented.-Verify if defendants are in the military and research bankruptcy (PACER) website.-E-file pleadings to counties in Ohio, Kentucky and Indiana.-Verify that proper service has been done to the Courts and firm satisfaction by reviewing the Court docket, reviewing warning order reports, summons and communication with the Court.- Making arrangements for counsel to appear on behalf of Resienfeld and Associates when an appearance is required by the Court.-Proofread final pleadings prior to attorney review.-Speak with Clerks, Judge’s secretaries, and Master Commissioners about hearing results and necessary changes. -Work closely with all Attorney’s for correct language in pleadings for approval on the scheduled hearing date.-Regular communication with clients to upload military search results, bankruptcy search results, filed and entered pleadings, update entered judgment date information, and let the client know if there are any issues that are needed to be resolved per the Court’s request.-Received high scores on all annual reviews as well as rewards for excellent attendance.- I have a notary certification.
