• Serve as Site Learning Management System Administrator and point of contact for associates - Create and manage learning items, learning assignments, and site curricula - Troubleshoot issues that arise out of LMS and communicate with associates - Provide / distribute reports as needed• Serve as Site CAPA Site Leader - Provide Trackwise training to new CAPA owners, investigators - Monitor the CAPA process for compliance and timeliness - Schedule and host monthly CAPA Board Meetings - Distribute monthly status reports and meeting minutes• Deliver quality orientation to new hires• Ensure Annual Training is delivered on Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)• Coordinate Internal and External Audit support, preparation, and responses• Organize quarterly Management Review meetings, minutes, and presentation

• Facilitated change management request for documents in SAP• Provided end-user training and support for the document management module in SAP• Interact with the engineering, manufacturing, and QA/QC departments to resolve procedure discrepancies, implement temporary deviations, and close out non-conformances, CAPA items.• Review, approve, maintain, and audit change control files until completion• Provide Internal Audit support
