Focusing on customer education, I have been hands-on and managed a team to support projects including iTero product training consisting of software and hardware simulation, Finishing Vignette videos demonstrating expert tips, and Expert Content presentations gathered from various faculty around the world. Many of the projects were translated into over 12 languages.

I have led and managed a team of designers and developers in support of BSC’s customer education group. Online modules that focus on product training were developed. This led to a series of microsites, each focusing on a different product. Microsites for clinical trials were also created, leading to the need to track physician training for FDA compliance. A learning management system was developed to satisfy the compliance requirement. A second LMS was developed to house the courses developed for AHPs that offer CE credits. Registered users quickly grew to over 7,500.

Projects I have supported hands-on include - Microsoft DEI employee training modules - Feb 2022 - April 2022Several diversity, equity, and inclusion training modules were developed for employees and their managers. These modules ensured an inclusive environment from the initial hiring process to full-time employment at Microsoft.McDonald’s employee training - March 2017 - Feb 2018Developed an online challenge game to enable employees to practice using the new mobile ordering app with customers.

My role supported the development of several online modules, focusing on product training, developed along with a series of microsites, each focusing on a different product. An LMS was developed to track users' progress through the training modules.

I have been hands-on and managed a team to support a multitude of employee sales training courses that include topics such as Anatomy and Physiology, Peripheral Products and Procedures, Pathophysiology, and Hemodynamics.

I have been hands-on with supporting a multitude of employee training courses that include topics such as Fractures 101, Bone Graft Substitutes, and Bone Marrow Aspirate.

Leading a team of designers and developers, including medical writers researching and developing the content, designers creating custom graphics to make the content come to life, and developers putting it all together by adding functionality, a variety of projects were created.

I managed a team of designers and developers to create a 5th - 6th grade digital learning resource. This resource focused on the roles of people in a museum, how to build a museum exhibit, and the history of Sir Samuel Steele, the first Northwest Mounted Police.

I managed a large team of designers and developers to support K-12 curriculum development. Our role included developing original 3D graphics, interactive assessments, and programming to integrate into Pearson’s proprietary testing software.
