With a focus on customer education, I have worked closely with the client on a variety of online educational efforts. These include -♦ UI/UX Design♦ Instructional Design♦ Creative Design (Graphics, Animation, Video)♦ ELearning Development

I have had the opportunity to work on a wide variety of projects. My efforts include UI/UX design for various KDG-developed web applications including several online LMSs and website portals. Additionally, I have directly supported the KDG design and development team in creating content multimedia including graphics, animation, and video in addition to course authoring, content design, and development for various eLearning courses.

I worked on a large-scale eLearning project to directly support the training of the CSI sales team. My efforts for this project included client consulting with needs analysis and identifying the best eLearning strategies for their curriculum. In addition, I directed the KDG design and development team in creating multimedia content.

I was responsible for providing support in instructional design, creative design, multimedia, and eLearning content development for a series of online employee courses.

As the instructional designer, I led interviews and collaborated with Bioventus's team of subject matter experts to plan, including performing needs analysis, action mapping, and developing a design document plan. In addition, I led the KDG creative and development team to develop over a dozen online courses for the Bioventus Education Academy. The purpose of these courses is to enhance the learning experience for their primary audience of physician customers.

As the team leader for a large-scale training effort, I led the KDG creative and eLearning development teams in developing nearly 30 eLearning courses for Suffolk employees and vendors.

For my role, I directed the KDG creative and eLearning development teams to create a series of employee training courses that supported sales representatives.

As the team leader, I worked with the KDG creative and development team to create a digital education program for a kiosk installation. This educational program connects visitors with the past by sharing historical and emotional perspectives of Greek immigrant stories.

As the team leader, I worked with the KDG creative and development team to create a digital education and marketing outreach program for USHMM. This educational and interactive program connects visitors with the past by sharing historical and emotional perspectives of Holocaust victim stories.

I worked collaboratively with the instructional and graphic design teams to support the development of online courses and curriculum for 6-12 grade students in math, science, and social studies. My responsibilities included providing creative direction and guiding the overall UI style and design of the course content.

As the team leader and creative director, I co-managed the KDG team in support of Alberta Education to develop an online digital learning social studies resource for 5th graders.

As a team leader for KDG InterActive, I had the privilege of co-managing a large team of designers and developers in a project that supported Pearson Learning's client, the MN Department of Education. Our main objective was to develop online interactive testing, assessment, and evaluation program modules for students in grades 6-12.

As the team leader of KDG's creative and technical teams, our agency was tasked with creating educational and interactive kiosk programs for the grand opening of the visitor center.My direct contributions to the project included managing multiple teams to develop a six-kiosk installation, which involved overseeing the creative design, software development, hardware procurement, and local area networking of kiosk exhibits.
