Works directly with students to accommodate special academic needs in reading and testing of sounds and letter names, as well as helping students understand and complete their daily assignments.Observing the many injuries of students in kindergarten, I headed a committee to implement an expanded enclosed play area for Kinder Prep and Kindergarten children to prevent injuries giving more room to run and play.

Facilitated annual reviews for staff performance, interviewing and hiring new staff, while meeting timely project deadlines. Ensured all correspondence, publications, and other documents met the governor's directive on language and agency standards for formatting. Established and implemented a program that allowed staff to cross-train, which enabled them to learn new skills, and increase the efficiency of the unit with an overall quicker project turnaround for 200 employees.
