Developed a StormCAD model for sewer separation in downtown Cincinnati. Conducted air and water sampling at Mill Creek Wastewater Treatment Plant for odor dispersion model. Helped locate a solids handling facility for Metropolitan Sanitary District of Cincinnati at a brownfield site (not implemented yet). Oversaw as project manager the effort for wet weather sampling in Muddy Creek basin for 3 events to provide data for water quality modeling. Reviewed Greater Cincinnati Waterworks water main designs. Assisted revising the MSDGC Modeling Guidelines. Evaluated Little Miami and Muddy Creek SWMM models for dry pipes in a 2-yr storm event with a view to deleting unnecessary pipes. Developed cost estimates for the Terrace Park village’s plan to install sewers. Developed storage areas for water quality enhancement in combined sewer system in Cincinnati for MSDGC as part of Integrated Water Quality Action Plan for SSO 700. Developed cost estimates for the storage areas and other planned sewer features of the IWAP. (Part time.)
