While part of the executive leadership team and a board member at Future State, I helped grow the business from its start-up days to its eventual sale to Accenture where I served as a Managing Director through our 2+ year acquisition period. With partnership, enthusiasm and empathy first, I enable teams to succeed while being human-centric and purpose driven in our work together.
