Processing of Accounts Payable for 3 main companies in the Oracle ERP system (Geneva,Fribourg and GRS UK branches):• Auditing and processing of I-Expenses for the 3 companies• Monitor invoices to ensure the contracts are up to date• Preparation of manual payments into banks• Archiving of invoices and preparation for following year• Reconciliation of bank accounts for all companies• Monthly accruals• Preparing of JE as required• UK Payroll preparing year end HMRC requirements• Scan and gather documents for inquiries relating to US SOX and audit queries• Assistance with GL bookings to bank account• Preparation of each year’s audit files• Assist with 13th directive claims and reclaiming previous years charges from suppliers• Preparation of Quarterly statistical report for Swiss Bank authority

• Financial accounting on Sage Accounting up to balance sheet.• All HR requirements including Payroll for the company on Sage payroll.• All AR and AP functions.• Dealing with all insurance, tax and legal matters for the company• All travel and accommodation requirements• Dealing effectively with all Personal Assistant duties required of me by the Chief Executive and the company, including being on call 24/7 and handling highly confidential documents• Ad hoc everyday tasks ensuring smooth running of office

• Project Management including costing of all large jobs• All AR and AP functions.• Financial accounting on Sage Accounting package.• Company payroll on Sage package and staff welfare• Dealing with all correspondence including highly confidential matters• Sourcing and sales to new clients • Dealing with the necessary media and advertising for the company• Creating brochures and presentations.• Managing and running all exhibitions and conferences• Ensuring Database is kept up to date on ACT database
