I have worked in international sustainability and ESG for more than 30 years at senior executive level in the corporate, government and non-government sectors.Specialist expertise • Climate Change policy and programs, in many varied contexts, including playing a key role in the establishment and oversight of The Australian Business Leaders’ Forum on Climate Change whilst at IAG.• Policy and Practice of Strengthening Communities including in leading the establishment, implementation and evaluation of the complex, whole-of-government, cross-sector programs undertaken in over 40 systemically disadvantaged communities in New South Wales. Working in partnership with Aboriginal communities was a strong feature of this work.• Specialist in Sustainable Development Communications for example in my role as Managing Director of Communications working with 208 of the world’s largest corporations at the World Business Council for Sustainable Development - WBCSD• Specialist Lobbyist and Negotiator including advising on donor negotiations within the context of national governments and the WBCSD.
