Grant manager for seven juvenile justice programs which received multi-million dollar federal and state grants and included nineteen contracts. Worked closely with federal and state agencies, community agencies who were sub-contracted, Juvenile Justice Commission, law enforcement, schools, SANDAG (for research component). Responsible for Board of Supervisors letters, reports, budgets, collection of outcomes for research, procurement, contracts, and professional staff to achieve outcomes.
