Lynn is an Instructional Specialist for the United States Department of Justice's Office of Legal Education's Faculty Development Institute (FDI). She instructs DOJ and partner subject matter experts in effective training methods and course planning, domestically and internationally. Her duties also include consulting on and improving training material. Prior to joining FDI, Lynn served as a Training Specialist for criminal programs, planning, organizing, and managing criminal courses. She also served as the Criminal Distance Education Coordinator, developing and coordinating the production of criminal distance education through video presentations, interactive online training programs, blended programs, course tapings, and more.
