Assigned customer base of Enterprise customers in our Pa market. Responsible for all service project orders from time of sale to activation. Work directly with Outside Field groups on network builds, Design teams, & Access teams to ensure all activations go smoothly for our customers. Work directly with customer contacts keeping them informed as the company works through the implementation phases, and then directly on corrindating activations for them. Also assist with a variety of questions as times customer my have after activation is completed.

I was responsible for 16+ residential customer care representatives. My team worked within a call center enviroment and was responsible for order negiotiation (new, changes, disconnects), monthly sale objectives, identifying collection issues and routing to the correct groups. In addition to ensuring all team requirements were met, handle HR issues; vacation availability; etc.
