Currently working with a Federal Government customer in Human Resources and Logistics.

Worked internationally in varying Human Resource, Finance and Budget, Logistics, Facility, and Management roles. Assigned to offices where I managed all financial aspects including budgetary requirements, auditing, and processing financial transactions in various currencies to ensure regulatory compliance, operational readiness, and continued mission success. Served as coordinator with U.S agencies and host country officials to collaborate on a variety of projects.

Held positions of increasing responsibility within Corporate Human Resources. Responsible for project support of Corporate Human Resources initiatives related to staffing, employee relations, metrics, the annual bonus exercise, and talent management. Developed curriculum for and hosted a monthly forum to support all SAIC Human Resources Professionals in expanding their knowledge and skill sets related to Employee Relations. Provided support to four Vice Presidents for Human Resources and the Executive Vice President for Human Resources on projects including the Gallup survey, prepared employee relations cases for mediation, assisted with the annual talent review exercise, and developed and hosted forums for managers on providing positive and constructive feedback to their employees. Facilitated weekly New Employee Orientations consisting of 30 to 70 new hires, audited new hire paperwork to ensure regulatory compliance, and delivered new employee benefits briefings.

General Manager Frankfurt, Germany Supervised all departments of the Community Support Association (CSA), which provided a network of support to the American Consulate Community in Frankfurt. The CSA consisted of a hotel, pre-school and daycare. Restaurant/bar, souvenir and vending shop, recreation services, and cable television programming. Managed a two million dollar budget and supervised 35 employees. Served as liaison between the community, Board of Directors, and Consulate General. Responsible for employee interviews and placement. Created a business plan that tumed a $120,000 loss into a $30,000 profit in one year.

Developed and maintained tenant relations for a three million square foot industrial/office park. Focused on fulfilling tenant needs to encourage retention. Coordinated and supervised all tenant move-ins and move-outs. Operationally handled all tenant issues including fire inspections, construction, building permit requirements, and managed the maintenance department (7 employees) and security contractors (3 employees).

I was responsible for creation and maintenance of client relations, served as liaison between clients, vendors, and designer in multi-million dollar residential remodeling projects. Developed proposals for potential clients and executed all design plans upon client’s approval. Responsible for purchasing, invoicing, budgeting, and vendor payments related to all projects.
