I handle all administrative functions for the organization including accounting, human resource administration and marketing support. I handle all A/P and A/R functions, prepare monthly client invoices, and manage all expense reporting and banking. I also serve as executive assistant to a team of 3 senior partners, managing calendars, making travel arrangements and coordinating all staff and client meetings and events. Handle all daily office administrative activities, including vendor relations, supply procurement, facilities management.

Responsible for managing all administrative functions for the organization including donation processing, payroll, accounts payable, and human resources management. I managed several information databases and reported financial and donor analyses to senior management and board of directors. I previously served as the front office receptionist and administrative assistant to the Executive Director.
