Role • To enable Retail and Business Bank to'meet the needs of clients in the most effective way through• To manage and oversee the team responsible for providing tactical forecasting and planning support across Retail and Business Bank (Business Bank, Branches, Capitec Direct, and the Business Support Centre), in line with standards and timeframes• Supporting strategic decision making in S&OP forums which will optimally balance the demand and supply, and provide insights on operational efficiencies.• Owning the headcount management process, and ensure alignment is established to activate recruitment• Owning the expansion of the tactical planning support service, and improve the way of work (process, system, people) across retail and business bank (fulfilling the role of a Business Owner).
