Plan, guide and direct the programs, policies, activities and staff of Human Resources which support our mission at Catholic Charities of Northeast Kansas.

Contracting with small business and non-profit organizations to establish or update Human Resources practices and policies.

Responsible for staffing operations supporting all lines of business. Oversee centralization of staffing operations: 4 supervisors, 4 program managers, and 23 recruiting assistants. Oversee management and delivery of college recruiting, employee referral, and pre-employment programs/processes. Ensure operational efficiency of recruitment process through onboarding. Document recruitment end-to-end process, prepare roles and responsibilities of recruitment team members, create methods and procedures, and provide recruitment team member training.

Responsible for recruiting function supporting two internal organizations: Business Sales and Corporate Center functions. Supervised team of 13 recruiters and 6 recruiting assistants. Partner with business unit clients to develop recruiting strategies for their organizations and specific jobs. Deliver enterprise wide diversity recruiting strategy and communicate AAP goals. Enhance applicant tracking systems/processes. Develop recruiter effectiveness measures/scorecard.

Responsible for supervising a team of six Project Managers and HR Coordinators. Oversee delivery of all online assessments including 360, Hogan, and Skip Level. Oversee delivery of assessment centers including online and live centers, which often requires working with external supplier(s). Oversee service support for various leadership development programs, including the Staff Associate Program (SAP), Finance Management Development Program (FMDP), and the Leadership Development Program (LDP). Oversee the tracking and reporting for all leadership development programs and coaching activities requiring work with contractors(s) and internal partners. Manage the creation and enhancement of the Executive Leadership Development (ELD) database to ensure timely and accurate tracking and reporting for all executive development and coaching activities. Create coaching effectiveness scorecard and automated delivery process.

Responsible for supervising a team of Process Specialists varying in size from 6-10 employees throughout my job tenure. Oversee the scheduling of training courses/products for the Professional and Leadership curriculums. Oversee the service support for coaching and leadership development programs.
