I absolutely LOVE being a nurse practitioner. I love my patients, medicine, and the profession. There is no job I'd rather do. I enjoy mentoring other nurse practitioners and student NPs, and I'm a natural matchmaker- be it professional or personal! I love to connect people! One of my focuses is to help educate nurse practitioners and medical professionals. We need to look at new methodologies in medical and nursing education in an ever-evolving medical field. We must integrate technology, innovation, evidence-based medicine, and clinical/nursing care to our current models of teaching.
