Position Summary: Under the direct supervision of the General Manager, the Human Resources Manager will perform various professional and administrative duties related to the general functions of Human Resources including but not limited to: employee relations, benefits administration, advising managers and various reporting functions.Essential Job Duties:• Responsible for the administration of all employee benefit plans including answering employee questions, providing assistance, coordinating with appropriate insurance carriers to troubleshoot employee problems, ensuring that payroll information is input correctly and timely payment of all bills.• Provide employee relations support to employees and managers on various issues relating to employees.• Provide coaching to supervisors and managers on techniques of resolving issues. Assist employees in resolving issues directly. • Set up and maintain complex personnel records; audit and process personnel action forms to ensure accuracy.• Participate in the coordination of the performance appraisal process, including tracking completion of reviews/forms, performance counseling to employees and managers and assisting in the development of employee improvement plans. • Create and implement training programs that are delivered to employees and supervisors on topics such as recruiting, performance management, salary administration, and interpersonal communications.• Foster personal and professional growth of staff through daily interaction and support• Contribute to overall Organizational Development

Supervise the production control functions including manufacturing planning to meet customer requirements, scheduling and expediting products through the manufacturing process.Main Duties and Responsibilities:• Supervise activities to plan, schedule and coordinate production in order to meet 100% On TimeDelivery goal.• Monitor production against schedules. Work with department personnel in order to improve or change plan accordingly.• Perform and report capacity analysis for labor and equipment. • Lead weekly personnel recommendation meetings with management based on 13-week data.• Assure BOMs are accurate. Compare theoretical to actual usage and make suggestions for improvement. Lead weekly meeting to determine root cause of any material losses.• Maintain accurate perpetual inventory and supervise the cycle counting program.• Lead cross functional production and planning meetings.• Follow all Safety, Environment, and Quality policies and guidelines.• Other duties may be assigned or required for this position.
