As a Holistic Counsellor and Coach, I help clients to experience physical, emotional, social, and spiritual wellbeing through a range of modalities, such as counselling sessions, active meditation, and expressive arts. I have a Diploma of Education as a Trauma Informed and Mental Health Practitioner from the Institute for Arts in Therapy and Education, and am a certified Life Coach. I founded Curious Soul Counselling, my own private practice, where I offer individual and group sessions, workshops, and retreats.I also have a passion for dance and performing arts, and I have been working as the Young Promoters Coodinator & Creative Wellbeing Coordinator at North East Arts Touring for over seven years. In this role, I supported and mentored young people in rural and remote communities to develop their skills and confidence in arts and culture, and to organize and promote events and activities that enhance their wellbeing and creativity. I have a Master of Education in Performing Arts - Dance from the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland, and I am working as DanceLive Festival Manager at Citymoves Dance Agency, where I have been involved in planning and programming various dance productions. I also have experience as a dance artist and choreographer, and I have performed and created works for various platforms and venues.
