Maintaining and enhancing the Indicio Hyperledger Indy Networks is just the beginning of my responsibilities for Indicio, PBC. I also manage the Test and IT teams, and lead some of our training sessions internally and with customers. Building on the experience I gained at the Sovrin Foundation, I have become an expert at building and maintaining Hyperledger Indy Networks, and participate frequently in community efforts where my expertise is useful. I have written Open Source documents that I share with whomever is interested that help them to benefit immensely from the experience that I have gained.Indicio.tech provides development and hosting services for trust data ecosystems. At the Sovrin Foundation ( a non-profit Self Sovereign Identity (SSI) provider) I manage a world wide network of donated servers that provide a decentralized open source SSI solution. - Test Team Manager.- IT Manager - Up to 15 direct reportsPerfect Search is a start-up company and I have been asked to wear many different hats to help us get to profitability. I started off as the first full time Software Tester in the company and doubled as the IT person. Within a few months we had hired 2 part time testers to help and I was asked to be their supervisor. Over the next 2 years we hired 2 other full time Senior Test Engineers that reported to me and at our peak had 13 part time testers reporting to me also. During this time we have moved offices 3 times and I was asked to oversee the move processes. I am also responsible for facilities, administering our online accounts, purchasing, shipping/receiving, CM, and manufacturing. I am responsible for our phone system, answering calls as the Corporate Operator, and answering and responding to Tech Support calls and issues. I have been heavily involved in our hardware design. We deliver an appliance and I have led the way in discovering the best hardware and configuration of that hardware for our software to run at its best. My hardware designs are approved and accepted with little variance from my original designs.

Participated on the Corporate Configuration Management Review Board for 2 years making decisions which increased the quality and reliability of configuration management practices at Novell. Automated the build procedure for each team I was on at Novell which decreased the amount of time spent building by 60-90% and increased the quality and reproducibility of the builds. Led a small team of Configuration Managers who built and delivered four complex products on schedule and error free. Created, implemented and maintained detailed build and delivery documentation which significantly increased the speed of reproducing a build and enabled backup personnel to duplicate the build process.

I was a detail oriented, passionate for quality test engineer at Novell for many years. Some of the things I did are: Tested Xen on SLES servers and prototype hardware which increased the quality of SLES. Tested, packaged, and delivered the SUSE Linux Enterprise Virtual Machine Driver Pack which significantly improves the network and disk performance of Windows and Red Hat virtual machines(VM's) on Xen. Responded to a customer call by accessing his production server after hours and then configuring his Xen Host server and VM's to run optimally for his environment. Designed and implemented an automated scheme for building and testing the Cross Platform Libraries for C, greatly increasing the number of tests per week that could be run on numerous platforms. Enhanced the JVM for NetWare installation program to install to multiple servers simultaneously, which improved the install time from about 3 servers per hour to about 180 servers per hour.and much more...
