A reoccurring theme throughout my career and my extensive volunteer work has been hard work supported by dedication. I spend the first ten years of my career growing the Estee Lauder business. The company came to rely on me quite quickly; and I served as the go-to person for the corporate office when they needed a national trainer or needed someone to review potential promotions. I was promoted three times and ultimately worked as the Regional Marketing Director handling $35M of the competitive Southern California market. While I was able to make a direct impact on the Estee Lauder business, I left to start a new family business that created and sold corrugated boxes. I ran the back office operations including accounting (A/P and A/R), budgeting, and customer service for what ultimately became a $2M business. During the same time, I continued my commitment to volunteering within the community. Similar to my career, when I volunteer, I give it my all so as to make a true and lasting impact. In 2008, I received the prestigious “Catholic Woman of the Year” Award for my unwavering commitment to supporting various community organizations including Special Olympics and the Red Cross. After six great years at the family business, I left to focus on caring for an aging parent. However, now, I am excited to resume my career and am looking to work part time within Orange County for a business that would benefit from a hardworking and dedicated employee.
