Lynne Duncan is a Sr. Design Manager at Metro by T-Mobile at Metro by T-Mobile. She possess expertise in process improvement, budgets, telecommunications, cross functional team leadership, program management and 27 more skills. Colleagues describe her as "I had the distinct pleasure of working with Lynne during the company’s RadioShack “Store Within a Store” (SWAS) initiative in 1H2015 where my role was the Project Management Office (PMO) Lead. The PMO team worked in close partnership on a daily basis over 5 months with over 150 Core Team members across 18 company functional workstreams. This initiative was the largest retail expansion in the company’s history, adding 1435 retail locations across the U.S., Puerto Rico, and Hawaii in a partnership with RadioShack. Our efforts more than doubled the company’s retail presence and did so in less than 5 months. Needless to say, an initiative of this magnitude was an enormous undertaking. Lynne was an indispensable part of the team and a valued partner to me. Her tireless work in managing the Master RadioShack Store List used by every person on the Core Team and handling dozens upon dozens of change requests for content and format, were instrumental in very smooth launches happening despite the sheer volume of stores turning up, complexity, and overall chaos. I think that List was the single most requested and pressure-filled file for the duration of the project! Yet when all the requests were coming in, she handled them all with grace and calmness. Additionally, her ability to manage and partner with everyone in the “high-level” through “in the weeds” details enabled others for success and ensured her team was in synch with the PMO and all other workstreams as we launched hundreds of stores every few weeks. This professionalism and astuteness contributed directly to the success of the project as a whole. Lynne is a reliable and outstanding colleague to work with and it would be a pleasure to work with her again in the future on any project. "
