Supervised the weekend operations of Adventist Home Health Care one to two weekends per month. Duties included monitoring scheduled home visits by nursing, home health aide and therapy staff, covering emergency visits, handling intake, managing all staffing issues to ensure all scheduled visits were covered - including making nursing visits as needed., Supervisory weekends began at 5p on Friday, ended at 8a on Monday - handled all calls to the agency during that 61 hour period.
