Responsibilities involve functional support of Baan ERP (enterprise resource software) Manufacturing, CVM Lathing and Automation (SQL Server), and our VB labeling program with basic understanding of other functional areas (customer service and distribution). Duties include logging, tracking, and assisting with all issues pertaining to the manufacturing system in production.Test changes being made or enhanced before implementing into production. Also to fully test all system upgrades and patches. Create functional specs, write test scenarios, as well as test. Assist the Business System Manager in Business Process documentation and maintenance.Train managers and other users in manufacturing on the Baan ERP system.

Provide functional support of the Baan Manufacturing ERP system, including creating test scenarios, logging issues pertaining to the system, and fully testing when resolved.

Maintain close working relationship with a staff of up to 15 employees to insure company standards and practices are met. Responsibilities entailed quality inspection of products to guarantee compliance with OHSA and FDA guidelines and also documenting and tracking status of merchandise until completion. Train new employees and assist with their personal development and growth within the organization. Promote superior customer service among internal and external clients.

Ensured the quality care and welfare of twenty-one valuable show horses. Coordinated show schedules, timely competition entries and registration of amateur cards. Promoted business growth by actively marketing, lessons, boarding and sales. Accommodated the individual needs of each client.
