I am a high performance people and environment developer who creates exceptional performance eco-systems and environments that ensure people and teams can truly step-out. I’ve developed the foundations of successful practice leading national teams and athletes to world championship and world cup winning performances, delivering world-leading performance plans and implementing system-shifting performance programmes and interventions. My passion is inspiring new ways of seeing and working that help people break free from linear, conventional thinking and practice, to bring themselves, their communities and their environments to life.Working at the highest level of elite sport has afforded me advanced skills and attributes in understanding and unlocking peak performance. My unique expertise is creating integral and adaptive performance systems - we are human, internally and externally whole and interconnected. When we find our ‘flow’ state our exceptional abilities, personally and collectively, emerge and are attuned to the world around us. Through these approaches I help people and teams find effortless energy and freedom, become more dynamic and responsive, and able to create and explore without limit.With a background in senior leadership, elite coaching, systems science and engineering, sports science, music performance and production, I bring a broad perspective, creative and technical mindset and an ability to blend approaches and work in diverse performance settings. I integrate ‘personal’ with ‘whole-system’ solutions and enable co-creative practice, helping leaders and teams work more collaboratively and intuitively.I am a passionate and active supporter of developing females and promoting equity in high performance arenas, keenly advocating that successful teams, organisations and societies recognise and embrace the importance of diverse, non-binary, full spectrum thinking and non-dual awareness.
