I am an Employee Relations Lead for Cottage Health, a not-for-profit system of healthcare providers serving Santa Barbara, Goleta, Santa Maria, Santa Ynez, Ventura, Oxnard, Lompoc, San Luis Obispo. Our mission is to serve our community with excellence, integrity, and compassion. Every day we touch thousands of lives in many different ways, resolute in our mission to put patients first. We take pride in helping our patients get back to living their lives - in the places they love. I am truly passionate about my work and always eager to connect with other employee relations consultants in order to network and gain and offer knowledge pertaining to the industry. While I enjoy all aspects of my job, my favorite task is working with the service area leaders to understand his or her business objectives; success within these relationships offers the most benefit to our employees.
