• Drive sales and achieve monthly, seasonal, and annual performance goals by developing teams and executing strategies• Open and close the store independently daily• Oversee product receiving and distribution to sales floor• Plan and strategize floor moves based on season changes and/or merchandise reflow• Manage physical inventory process and ensure that shortage prevention initiatives are executed• Connect with the Field Merchandise Manager and Distribution Center to capitalize on getting needed product delivered to the store in a timely fashion• Execute the visual directives provided by the corporate office• Develop timelines and operational plans for staff to implementation• Provide weekly updates and planning goals to leadership• Lead and execute the mid-year and annual review process. • Ensure compliance with ADA rules and guidelines• Handle personnel management functions in collaboration with human resources including review and approval of payroll and time allocations, hiring, terminations, and performance evaluations• Train, coach and develop team members• Interact effectively with key support executives in loss prevention
