In this role, lead due diligence efforts by ensuring all new and existing employees meet regulatory requirements as mandated by the organizations stakeholders as well as policies and procedures. Manage a team responsible for leading, coordinating, monitoring, and maintaining the credentialing and re-credentialing process for over 3500 employees. Manage the organizations regulatory inspection (audit) process for 350 programs and affiliates by maintaining and providing electronic personnel records as well as supporting documentation to Federal, State and local regulatory bodies. Partner with Senior Leadership and program management on strategic planning initiatives to support their hiring needs and maintain compliance. Partner with internal departments such as Total Quality Management for the purposes of ensuring compliance and maintaining high standards of quality in all areas of the company’s credentialing process. Develop and oversee all POI’s when applicable and ensure that the program works within newly established guidelines. Provide final review and approval for all newly submitted credentials. Analyze and provide weekly/monthly metrics on credentialing status for all employees across the organization. Implemented Credentialing and Compliance Training ProgramDeveloped and implemented a training program for all employees to ensure compliance requirements and standards are being met and maintained company wide.
