- Assisting to help with time and daily management & scheduling of meetings when necessary. - Attend efficiently to daily administration, support, accounts and operations of the firm partner's businesses and personal affairs- Carrying out specific projects and marketing research- Maintaining office systems, including data management and filing- In charge of Acc & finance eg: paying rental fees, bills, payee& salaries- Monitoring KIV system - Being involved in decision-making processes- Assisting lawyer in legal paper work- Working closely with other staff to ensure things run smoothly

- Providing both clerical & administrative support for sales activities & office administration- Manage cash flow, inclusive of payables, and receivables. - Attend to the viewing of properties- Arrange viewing schedule accordingly for superior convenience- Cold call & property research - Liaise with tenants & landlords on all tenancy related issue- Prepare, follow up & maintain all documentation in relation to Tenancy matters- Ensure satisfaction after handing-over of the property to the tenant- Monitor the rectification work and liaise with the contractor to ensure defects are rectified within a stipulated time frame.- Update and maintain good recording and tracking systems to ensure complaints are closed with stipulated time frame.
