Successfully assumed Business Systems Analysis and Project Leadership roles in ‘mid-project’ on reengineering effort for legal application that was significantly off-track and not meeting objectives. Project success was dependent on my ability to come up to speed very quickly, work with dissatisfied business partners to create requirements documents that brought clarity to a complicated business process, and establish effective relationships with the technical team. The new application achieved a 100% satisfaction rating from business sponsors. As Senior Systems Analyst for the top-priority Loan Accounting Data Integration project, designed a solution to optimize existing data processing systems across multiple platforms in order to eliminate application availability delays. Solution was successfully deployed 45 days ahead of schedule, 13% under budget and met 100% of original business objectives. Resulting increased availability of critical Financial/ Treasury applications is expected to save the company up to $8 million a month.

Provided support, maintenance and development of all legacy systems for a secondary-market mortgage lender, utilizing COBOL, DB2 / IMS / VSAM and MQSeries on an IBM/MVS mainframe.Provided substantial analytical and consultative support to all business areas in translating system processes into understandable business functions.
