● I am currently responsible for project governance in the area, ensuring compliance with the approval pipeline for all projects worth more than 5 MBRL, following the criteria established by the Capital Value Process (CVP), an internal methodology similar to Front-End Loading (FEL). I also coordinate the maintenance cycle for the Global Industry Standard for Tailings Management (GISTM) at the Paragominas and Barcarena facilities and provide support for the annual audits. ● In this role, I demonstrate skills in coordinating and implementing efficient processes such as the "B&A Project Governance Procedure" and the "GISTM Maintenance Cycle" that I created to facilitate strategic decision-making, guaranteeing the delivery of high-quality projects within the established deadlines.

● I was involved in the governance and management of strategic projects in the area, including the maintenance of the Global Industry Standard for Tailings Management (GISTM) across four bauxite and alumina waste facilities with a multidisciplinary team. I ensure compliance with two Terms of Adjustment of Conduct to meet independent audits on the Safety and Stability of Solid Waste Deposits and the Emergency Action Plan. Additionally, I manage and execute governance strategies for the CapEx project portfolio following the decision-making criteria of the Capital Value Process (CVP), an internal methodology similar to Front-End Loading (FEL).● We pioneered the implementation of GISTM in the sector, within the established timeframe and using internal resources. Both audits resulted in satisfactory evaluations with no identification of non-conformities.

Job Rotation in the three sectors of the Bauxite and Alumina Residue area, namely: ● PMO: planning and financial control of the contract portfolio with 11 design consultants;● Engineering: preparation of reports and dashboards on area projects, both in PowerPoint and Power BI; ● Implementation: supervision of infrastructure works and rehabilitation of the residue dam together with a team of field inspectors, mobilization and demobilization of contracts and measurement validation.● I established a standard for contractor container installation to avoid events/accidents due to wind force. In another drainage project, I saved 15 days of work and 10% of the total budget by resizing the reinforcement of the entire channel structure.
