Represent Marketing from inception to launch and beyond, working closely with Product, Project and Program management teams. Manage new product launches and support customers with launch and sustaining deliverables. Oversee support for the Sales team in the form of training materials, flash demos for use at roadshows and events, out-of-box presentations and POS material.Foster and grow channel partnerships working closely with the Sales team. Populate and maintain partner portals. Develop/review materials that are mutually beneficial to drive sales. Lead a team of brand ambassadors representing each department within the company to ensure brand integrity.

Manage the marketing aspect of phone launches by coordinating and delivering literature, point-of-sale materials, online content, packaging and sales training tools. Work closely with the Sales organization, Product Management, Project Management, and the Industrial Design team to stay abreast of all modifications of phones for each carrier.Work with product managers to decide which compelling accessory products will be shown at tradeshows, create support documentation for those accessories, and attend tradeshow to set up accessory display and meet with qualified suppliers and distributors.Write packaging copy for retail accessories and accessory brochures, edit and proofread accessory user guides and quick-start guides. Provide direction to suppliers for logo placement on all accessory product and final approval of logo placement.

Initially hired as a technical writer for the creation of datasheets for start-up company NurLogic Design, Inc., was asked to assist the Director of Marketing in the coordination of tradeshows and other events. Provided training and leadership to new technical writers and acted as backup to writer as necessary. Wrote and edited corporate press releases, maintained the corporate marketing plan including advertising, white paper creation and tradeshow activities. Acted as liaison between engineering and marketing, as well as sales and marketing. Updated the corporate website. Planned, coordinated and executed tradeshows, technical seminars and other corporate events.

Designed and managed templates in FrameMaker for producing datasheets and databooks. Worked directly with the engineering and product marketing staff to create new and edit or revise existing documentation, primarily for graphic chipsets. Documentation also included product briefs and white papers. Trained new DTPs in the use of FrameMaker and, as needed, designed new templates in FrameMaker for both internal and external documentation.
