Led and rebuilt the Kid's Voting Wake County Program which is a private, nonpartisan, nonprofit, grassroots organization that promotes voter participation by educating America's youth about the importance of an informed electorate and the responsibilities of voting to sustain democracy.  Expanded the organization from four active board members to.

Led 14 analysts and assistants in the Consumer Services Division and synchronized activities between the other public staff divisions. Provided oversight management and coordinated formal complaint, rates and billing issues, new metering activities with major utility executives.  Successfully purchased and implemented new call center software. Managed.

Researched, evaluated and reported customer solutions and developed quote packages in an effort to support sales objectives for customer proposals of products and services from the non-regulated CP&L services portfolio. Interfaced with regulated business units to incorporate their services into a unified customer proposal. Reengineered internal processes.

Managed customer accounting, meter reading, and regulatory issues. Supervised 12 employees. Project team members appointed by senior management, tasked with the evaluation and financial justification of the customer service organization transition from a decentralized to a centralized customer service environment.  Consistently achieved budgetary goals.
